Chapter Updates - 501c(3) Obtained

Dear Brother/Sister,

Assalaamu Alaikum (Peace be with You)

I am very excited to inform you that the Islamic Speakers Bureau-DFW has obtained its 501c(3) non-profit/tax-exempt status from the IRS. I'd like to thank the entire ISB-DFW team who worked hard towards this process and pray that God gives them the best reward for their efforts.

ISB-DFW Tax Exempt Status

This year promises to be an exciting year for the Islamic Speakers Bureau-DFW; two of our speakers and core members were blessed with new additions to their families. We hope and pray for the best for the little ones and their families. We obtained our 501c(3) status and certified 4 more speakers at the beginning of this year, including a DFW area Imam, which brings the total number of speakers certified to 22. We have speaking engagements for educational and faith based organizations all the way up to the end of April, 2012.

As we move forward, we will focus on following ethics in non-profit management and in developing excellent programs and services as educators and bridge builders between American Muslims and Americans of other faiths. The road is long ahead and we look forward to your support and participation. You can help us by donating to ISB-DFW and/or volunteering:

To donate, please mail your generous donations to: P.O. Box 941293, Plano, TX 75094-1293
To volunteer, please contact us at: http://www.isb-dfw.org/contact.shtml

Thank You

Syed Ali
